FAQs

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?Parking for the event is available at the Orange Schools located at 32000 Chagrin Blvd. School buses will shuttle participants over to the camp. There is NO available parking at the camp.

Can I bring food or pets to the event? Unfortunately NO, but we will have food and drinks available for purchase. Pets are NOT allowed on the camp property.

What is the camp terrain? Walking around camp will be on a combination of dirt paths, gravel and pavement. Please wear appropriate shoes. Remember we are a camp, so we LOVE the natural setting!

What’s the refund policy? Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable! Feel free to give your printed ticket to a friend or neighbor if you are unable to attend.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Yes and No. You can bring a paper copy or have the ticket on your phone and it will be scanned at the gate. Each scanned ticket is only good for one person. Each member of your party will need an admission ticket. Children under 12 are free.

Cash or credit? All activities require the purchase of tickets. We accept cash at all ticket booths and Visa or MasterCard at select ticket booths. No cash will be accepted at food vendors or activity areas. There is NO ATM available.

What is included with an ALL DAY ACTIVITY WRIST BAND? All day wristbands cost $25.00. These wristbands provide access to almost every activity at camp (pony rides, haunted hay maze, candle dipping, archery, etc.). Food, drinks, pumpkins, mums, and balloons must be purchased separately. This is a great bargain, especially if your children wish to do some activities more than once.

We are still in need of volunteers for the Fest!
