At Hiram House Camp, we believe every child should have the chance to experience the wonder of summer camp. For 130 years, we’ve created life-changing outdoor adventures that build confidence, friendships, and memories to last a lifetime. Your support makes this possible in two vital ways:

Giving children in need the opportunity to attend camp regardless of financial status.

Sustaining the cabins, activity spaces, staff, and programs that keep camp strong year after year.

What is a Campership?

A Campership is financial assistance that makes camp possible for children who otherwise could not attend. Each summer, 60–65% of our overnight campers rely on Campership support to attend one or two weeks of camp.

Donations to the Campership Fund and proceeds from our special events ensure this life-changing program continues to thrive for future generations.

Who Your Gift Supports

Hiram House Camperships provide direct assistance to youth from:

  • Low-income households
  • Foster care and kinship care
  • Families connected with social service agencies
  • Children who have experienced or witnessed violence
  • Youth living with severe trauma
