Every Child Deserves Camp
At Hiram House Camp, we believe every child should have the chance to experience the wonder of summer camp.
For nearly 130 years, we’ve created life-changing outdoor adventures that build confidence, friendships, and memories to last a lifetime.
Your support makes this possible in two vital ways:
Camperships: Giving children in need the opportunity to attend camp.
Operations: Sustaining the cabins, activity spaces, staff, and programs that keep camp strong year after year.
Every donation—big or small—fuels unforgettable experiences for youth across Northeast Ohio. Together, we can ensure every child discovers the magic of camp.
What is a Campership?
A Campership is financial assistance that makes camp possible for children who otherwise could not attend. At Hiram House, Camperships support youth from:
Low-income households
Foster care and kinship care
Families connected with social service agencies
Children who have experienced or witnessed violence
Youth living with severe trauma
Each summer, 60–65% of our overnight campers rely on Campership support to attend one or two weeks of camp.

Since 1896 Hiram House has been committed to helping the youth from our local communities. We never waver from our mission to open new horizons for children of all backgrounds. Youth can discover the joys and beauty of nature through camping and develop vital physical, mental, emotional, and social skills.
